What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Retail Specialist position at Adam and Eve?
Adam & Eve of Carson City is looking to hire a motivated, enthusiastic retail associate who wants to continually learn and wants to have fun! This part time position includes helping educate our customers and gain product knowledge on our ever-expanding inventory of items. Our store is a fun environment that emphasizes education for both our customers and employees. We are looking for someone that can work 3 days per week, that is available to work closing shifts (4pm-9pm) Sunday-Thursday, and (4pm-11pm) on Friday & Saturday's or afternoon shifts Friday-Sunday 12p-5p. You must be dependable, have reliable transportation and be at least 18 years old.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in retail sales and cash handling
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic math skills for transactions
- Prior experience in stocking and merchandising
- Knowledge of retail math and POS systems
- Familiarity with upselling techniques
