Adam Cassino Design is a luxury interior design firm with a newly opened showroom in Long Island, New York. Our showroom serves both walk-in clients and trade customers, offering a curated selection of high-end home furnishings and design services. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned interior designer looking to expand their career with the resources and prestige of an established brand.
Your Responsibilities:
- Convert walk-in clients into small to large-scale interior design projects.
- Provide personalized design consultations in the showroom and at clients homes.
- Oversight of daily operations of the Long Island showroom.
- Maintain showroom aesthetics, manage inventory, and ensure accurate pricing.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage orders and deliveries.
- Process trade sales and ensure exceptional service to trade clients.
- Earn commission on all trade sales.
- Actively seek new clients and build a book of business in the Long Island and NYC areas.
- Host in-showroom events and workshops for both retail and trade clients.
- Execute marketing initiatives with an allocated budget to drive traffic to the showroom.
- Manage social media and advertising platforms for the showroom and brand.
What We Offer:
- Minimum of 5 years of interior design experience, preferably with luxury residential projects.
- Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Strong understanding of luxury design trends and products.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is a plus.
- Full-time, with occasional evenings or weekends for events. Access to a car and ability to travel to and from our Greenvale location, and clients homes on Long Island.
- $70,000 base salary plus a 3% commission on all sales, including trade sales.
