Are you looking to be a part of a hardworking and positive team? Adam & Eve is looking for a new team leader to help drive our team towards success and give Boise the best in customer service. We are looking for an upbeat assistant to the manager to uphold our values in customer service, professionalism, and teamwork. This position will consist of night and weekend shifts. Our store hours are from 10 am to midnight, seven days a week. Sales experience is a must-have, along with leadership skills. Some duties include customer service, housekeeping, stocking, inventory, coaching, and whatever else it takes to keep the team on the path to success. Must be 18 years or older.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and assisting in purchasing decisions
Daily housekeeping - sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc. to ensure a clean environment
Using a point-of-sale system accurately
Learning and studying product knowledge to assist customers appropriately
Helping management process shipments
Stocking shelves and hooks to keep the store full
Continuously promoting a positive and professional work environment
Inventorying products and supplies
Running store errands and needed
Coaching team members in salesmanship and product knowledge
Helping management with staff training
Occasional money handling and banking
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have a high school diploma
Cash handling and counting
Excellent interpersonal skills
Coach-ability and listening skills
Able to lift 40lb boxes
Able to stand for at least 6 hours
