What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adult Boutique Sales Associate position at Adam & Eve?
Adam & Eve in Sparks is looking to hire motivated, enthusiastic retail associates who are always willing to learn and always have fun! This part time position includes helping educate our customers and gain product knowledge on a plethora of items. Our store is a fun environment that emphasizes education for both our customers and employees. We are looking for someone that can work between 4 & 5 days per week that is available to work closing shifts 4p-10p during the week and 4p-11p on Friday and Saturday's and eventually work into opening shifts 10a-4p and 12-5 shifts. You must be dependable, have reliable transportation and be at least 18 years old.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience
-Great attitude and willingness to learn
-Proficient in retail sales and cash handling, including experience with cash registers
-Experience with POS systems and merchandising techniques
-Ability to upsell products and demonstrate product knowledge
-Basic math skills for accurate transactions and inventory management
-Ability to be comfortable discussing and being around adult content
-Keeping store tidy and orderly.
