Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including answering inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
- Proactively generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales goals while ensuring exceptional service

- Base salary plus commission / bonus (uncapped earning potential!)

Salary : $41,600 - $62,400
