Job Title: DevOps Architect / Lead
Location: Coppell, TX

Job Description:

We are seeking a DevOps Architect & Strategic Lead to drive both strategic initiatives (30%) and hands-on technical leadership (70%) for our DevOps transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise DevOps architecture and a proven ability to lead organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and lead a DevOps Center of Excellence (CoE) with standardized practices and governance frameworks.
Architect and implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Bicep, and ARM templates.
Drive enterprise-wide DevOps transformation, including tool migration and process optimization.
Develop KPIs and ROI metrics for DevOps success.
Design cloud security frameworks and self-service provisioning solutions.
Provide technical oversight for global infrastructure migration initiatives.
