We are looking for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) with ETM knowledge Consultant for long term contract.
Please find the JD below:
Provide business and functional support on SAP PM module
- Provide technology consulting expertise and develop functional and technical specifications for the delta design, and for tools to support the SAP Plant Maintenance module.
- Execute the necessary system configuration.
- Lead testing and defect resolution in the context of SAP Plant Maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance business processes, solution design and configuration.
- Should have good exposure and experience of Plant Maintenance integration points with SAP PP, QM, MM.
- Configuration and customizing Maintenance plant as per the best practice of sap pm and for utter client s satisfaction.
- Configuration entire logistic master data viz. PM Materials, Assembly, Serial Number, BOM, Maintenance Task List, Measuring Point, Counters, PM Work Centers, and Maintenance Plans.
- Configuration of Breakdown Process, Corrective Maintenance Process, Performance Based Preventive Maintenance Process, Time Based Preventive Maintenance Process, Refurbishment Process , External Service Management Process, Calibration Process.
- Should possess sound knowledge on
- Maintenance Planning, technical objects CS-BD/PM-EQM
- Preventive Maintenance Task lists & Maintenance Planning CS-AG/PM-PRM-MP
- Maintenance processing- notifications -PM-WOC-MN, orders -CS-SE/PM-WOC-MO, capacity requirements planning PM-WOC-CP, completion confirmations (CS-SE-CON/PM-WODC-JC) Maintenance History PM-WOC-MH,
- WCM- work clearance Management
- MCB -Maintenance and Customer Service
- Information System -Reporting, Planning, Data collection
