RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Schedule appointments for the agent.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available in-person for 2-3 days a week. This is a part-time position needed for Monday, Tuesday and possibly Wednesday of each work week.
