Responsibilities
- Provide detailed/scripted buyer and/or seller consultations
- Diligently follow up with the leads that are provided by the team
- Work with qualified buyers or sellers
- Consult with prospective buyers/sellers in order to help them achieve their Real Estate goals
- Negotiate contracts, inspections, and other critical details
- Effectively work in a team environment that's built on our Mission Statement and Core Values
- Cultivate and build Client Relationships for Life
- 6 months of training provided
- Shadowing and Mentoring provided
- On the job training provided
Qualifications
- A Real Estate license is required.
- Embrace and adhere to the mission statement and core values of our company.
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity required.
- Outstanding customer service skills are a must.
- Must possess excellent Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively.
- A passion for serving clients and helping those clients achieve their Real Estate goals.
- Effectively work with operations to ensure top-level service for clients.
- Must possess excellent listening skills and empathy for others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Illinois Real Estate Broker License (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- East Peoria, IL 61611: Relocate before starting work (Required)
