Responsibilities include:
- Greeting Visitors: Welcoming guests and clients as they arrive, providing a positive first impression of the organization.
- Answering Phone Calls: Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and taking messages when necessary.
- Scheduling Appointments: Organizing and managing appointments and meetings for staff members, including maintaining calendars.
- Handling Correspondence: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages, as well as managing email communications.
- Maintaining Records: Keeping track of customer interactions via software-based logging system. Set appointments and reminders for the agent and staff as well as remind the customer of said appointment. Document and process other service-related documentation for existing customers.
- Providing Information: Answering questions and providing information to clients and prospects about their billing and policy coverages, renewal information etc.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Managing Office Equipment: Operating and maintaining office equipment like printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Ensuring Office Security: Monitoring visitor access and maintaining a safe and secure environment for personal information of other customers.
- Handling Payments: Processing payments, if applicable, and managing financial transactions in some organizations.
- Licensing Requirements: ability to attain Property, Casualty, Life, and Health Licensing at a state and federal level.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
