What you'll do:
With a commitment to patient well-being and style, you dedicate 40 hours weekly to assist with a variety of tasks within the optical for individuals of all ages. A typical workday involves caring for 2 patients per hour and assisting them with frame and lens selection, contact lens ordering, billing examinations and material orders to insurance and supporting other team members in any way necessary . Collaborating within a cohesive team of four professionals, you'll have a supportive environment .

Responsibilities include:
-Selling and fitting lenses and frames
-Billing and submitting both vision and medical insurance claims
-Pretesting patients as a secondary responsibility when occasionally needed
-Any other tasks required to help the office function successfully
Qualifications:
-1 years of experience in optical
-Spanish speaking preferred
-Self motivated, finds things that need doing without being asked
-Knowledge of insurance billing
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
