Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem.
- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to individual client needs.
- Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and effectively, following all regulations and safety protocols.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various pest control tasks, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, answering questions, and addressing client concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment applications and follow-up visits.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
- Stay informed about the latest pest control techniques, products, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pest control but we will train the right person
- Familiarity with computers and hand tools is advantageous.
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate services to potential clients.
- Ability to drive to various job sites safely and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
