Adam’s Pest Control - Medina office, is currently hiring a full-time Scheduling/Service Agent. Adam's is a family-owned and operated business with over 50 years of continuous growth! We are committed to friendly service, effective solutions, and 100% customer satisfaction.
Location:
Medina,, MN - Up to one day working at home a week after the training period
Position Type:
Full-Time • Hourly Commission Incentives For New Sales • Non-Exempt
Benefits:
Hourly Commissions (no quotas or outbounds sales)

General Tasks:
Sell services from inbound calls
Plan and schedule services as necessary
Manage & optimize Technician schedules and routes
Build customer relationships
Administer customer satisfaction records
Contact customers to respond to inquiries
General Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience preferred
Proficient computer and phone skills
Excellent typing skills (at least 40 WPM)
Background in telecommunications is highly preferred but not required
Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
Hours:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Rotating Monthly Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (only for peak season April-September)
Interested applicants must be flexible and able to work as early as 7:00 am and/or as late as 6:00 pm at least one day per week during peak season.
This role does provide some flexibility.
