The HR Manager will lead and manage all facets of the Human Resources department, including :
- Employee Relations : Foster a collaborative work environment, resolve employee conflicts, and provide support on HR matters.
- Strategic Partnering : Collaborate with leadership to execute talent strategies, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Guidance and Support : Address complex and sensitive HR matters, including reasonable accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
- Talent Acquisition : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on attracting top talent for managerial, exempt, and professional roles.
- Onboarding : Lead onboarding efforts to integrate new employees, introduce company culture and values, and ensure effective training.
- HR Program Administration : Oversee compensation, benefits, leave programs, and initiatives to boost productivity, recognition, and morale.
- Performance Management : Develop and maintain job descriptions, lead performance review programs, conduct salary evaluations, and create training materials.
- Learning and Development : Design and implement employee development programs aligned with company goals, and measure their effectiveness.
- Budgeting and Reporting : Support the President in preparing monthly and quarterly budgets, forecasts, and headcount reports.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, while maintaining equitable workplace practices.
- Other Duties : Perform additional tasks as assigned to support organizational goals.
