We are currently looking for a Lead Test Engineer for a client of ours in the Cranberry PA area. The individual we are looking for will be able to shape and mold the Testing Process for our client. We are looking for someone who has led or can lead a testing team.
In this role, you will :
- Own multiple homemade manual testing systems (low throughput, manual data entry, low repeatability / reproducibility, high maintenance).
- Maintain / improve / re-develop the current test systems and plan / execute implementation of new test hardware / software to improve quality / throughput / maintenance / etc.
- Implement new technologies such as automation, instrumentation, data storage, and handling.
- Lead the Testing process while training others on the team
- Perform high-volume testing.
