Qualifications
Summer Camp 2025 Job Descriptions:
- Day Camp counselors should be local (within ~40 mins) to Pearlstone Retreat Center and have consistent transportation either directly to camp, or to one of the Day Camp bus stops.
- All applicants should be responsible and enjoy working with children and spending time in nature.
- Facilitating two-three 45-minute music specialist blocks per day for day camp
- Helping lead full-camp morning and closing circles, and post-lunch song circles
- Facilitating prayers and songs during Shabbat Party every Friday afternoon of day camp
- Helping facilitate Shabbat and Havdallah services during overnight camp
- Assisting with supervision during full-camp activities like swim, theme week activities, high ropes course, and rock wall
- Adding ruach (spirit) to every camp day and helping make every camper feel seen and heard and find their voice!
- Pay: $700/week
