What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter for Luxury Residential Building (Floater) position at Adamas Building & Adamas Security?
We are looking for a Porter to join our successful team
Schedule is Monday - Friday , Saturday - Sunday (On - Call)
Payrate : $19.00 / hr
General duties include but not limited to
- Dust, clean high touch surfaces, windows, mirrors, and restrooms
- Sweep, mop, vacuum all common areas in the building and residential floors.
- Outdoor responsibilities : Pick up debris and clean up grounds along the perimeter of the building.
- Respond to cleaning issues within the building.
- Restock restrooms and amenities.
- Trash removal from the trash room and compactor rooms
Requirements
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Must be reliable and professional.
1-2 years custodial or porter experience
Good Interpersonal and great verbal communication skills to interact with other teammates, residents, and property management.
Ideal candidates must be punctual and a team player.
