Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional customer service-oriented Concierge with an active SORA License and experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York, Florida and Pennsylvania. We currently have openings in our Berkley Heights, NJ location
Schedule: Friday - Saturday 11pm - 7am
Payrate:1 $18.00/hr.

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
- Meeting/Greeting residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit
- Conduct regular walk-throughs and tours of the building and scan pre-determined points as directed by management
- Notifying supervisors and on-site staff of any irregularities, suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards.
- Inspecting the building and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and reporting any issues
- Maintaining a high visibility presence to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Carefully preparing reports as required for site.
- Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Assisting management with any request for residents in the building
- Resolving complaints from residents/guests as necessary
- Properly communicating with lead concierge and Management.
- Responding to inquiries on neighborhood services when applicable.
- MUST HAVE VALID NJ SORA
- Must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and conduct foot patrol and fix post
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy.
- Must pass comprehensive background check
- Ability to work weekend and non-traditional holidays
Salary : $18
