Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Courtesy Patrol professional with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout Florida, New Jersey and New York. We have an opening at our Fort Myers, Florida location.
Schedule : Saturday - Sunday 3pm - 11pm
Pay : $15.00 / hr.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for;
- Monitoring the property and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Greeting residents and becoming familiar with incoming and outgoing traffic - know the residents, visitors, and guests and monitor for the presence of unauthorized persons.
- Observing any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards and reporting to management.
- Responding to emergency situations and / or alarms and notifying appropriate emergency services as needed.
- Performing required tours of the properties designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
- Issuing warning notices to vehicles violating parking rules.
- Knowing the facility / building policies and procedure and enforcing them within the limits of the position.
