Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Maintenance Technician/Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Jersey City, New Jersey location.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

- Perform manual repairs when necessary
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems
- Conduct general upkeep procedures
- and other tasks as assigned
- Experience in Fixing Locks, replacing windows and cork windows
- Experience in Landscaping
- Experience in Boilers and HVAC
- Experience in basic carpentry, roofing, and painting
