Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional customer service-oriented Unarmed Security Rover with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York, Florida and Pennsylvania. We currently have an openings at our Nutley, NJ location.
Schedule : Friday - Saturday 11pm - 7am OR Saturday - Sunday 3pm - 11pm
Payrate : $17.00 / hr.
The ideal candidate would be responsible for :
- Meeting / Greeting residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit.
- Conduct regular walk-throughs and tours of the building and scan pre-determined points as directed by management.
- Notifying supervisors and on-site staff of any irregularities, suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards.
- Inspecting the building and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and reporting any issues.
- Maintaining a high visibility presence to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Carefully preparing reports as required for site.
- Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Assisting management with any request for residents in the building.
- Resolving complaints from residents / guests as necessary.
- Properly communicating with lead concierge and Management.
- Responding to inquiries on neighborhood services when applicable.
