ADAMIS GROUP, a premier beauty brand services company, is looking for beauty brand freelancers for in store support in downtown Chicago off the Mag Mile! We are looking for a strong go-getter, sales driven individual, with experience in a beauty freelancer/consultant role.
A great opportunity for the person looking for supplemental work on the weekends!
Requirements to be successful in this role:
- Previous experience in the beauty industry, strong preference for candidates with skincare and/or hair tool demo experience in a beauty retail sales capacity. Passion for cosmetics and a strong knowledge of various beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and beauty tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Outstanding customer service skills, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for customers.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet customer demand.
- Familiarity with different cosmetics brands, their product offerings, and competitive landscape.
- Up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, techniques, and industry developments.
- Creative mindset with the ability to propose and execute visual merchandising ideas to attract customers and maximize sales.
