Glenmont Job Corps, operated by Adams and Associates, is seeking an experienced LPN or RN Nurse professional to join our Education and Training Team.

About the Role
The Nurse Aid Instructor will be responsible for providing students with industry-recognized instruction and training in the Career Technical Training Center, leading to full-time jobs, higher education, or advanced training.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all integrity guidelines and procedures, ensuring no manipulation of student data.
- Ensure the Center meets or exceeds DOL/Company performance goals.
- Provide students with training leading to Career Technical Training completion.
- Produce high-quality work assignments in a thorough, timely, and accurate manner.
- Provide high-quality supervision and management for the student population.
- Exchange ideas and information, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- A minimum of one-year experience in teaching or a related field.
- For NTC, instructor must be certified by union or trade organization, or by a national certification body.
Working Environment
