Description
Position Summary
As a Records Supervisor at Adams and Associates, Inc., you will be responsible for the maintenance, accuracy, and completeness of student records and schedules at the Center. You will uphold the integrity of student records, ensuring timely updates for all student-related actions (attendance, grades, employment placements, leave of absences, etc.) and the submission of required internal and external reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility to ensure the integrity of all student-related actions, accountability and performance outcomes.
- Supervise the Student Records department through effective planning, scheduling, hiring, training, and exercising sound staff management practices.
- Administer the Center's compliance with the requirements and provisions of the database management programs.
- Maintain student records accurately and completely to ensure timely report submissions (e.g., morning report, weekly report, leave records, allotments, enrollment, and pay).
- Provide exceptional customer service to student by assisting students with pay and clothing allowances, leave, class schedules and coordination of travel / transportation.
- Reconciliate Government provided travel per applicable guidelines.
- Manage compliance with all privacy and confidentiality regulations.
- Performs statistical analyses of student records data and share insights with management team.
Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
