We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to fill the role of Student Support Specialist. As a Residential Advisor, you will work closely with students, faculty, and staff to create a safe and supportive living environment that fosters academic success and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students in a residential setting
- Assist in planning and implementing dorm activities and recreational programs
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and faculty
- Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting a sense of community
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older to apply
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, A.S. or B.A. preferred for promotional opportunities
- A minimum of one year working with youths preferred
- A valid driver's license preferred
