About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Adams and Associates. This role will assist in the preparation and presentation of quality food, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in food service is preferred, and the ability to obtain ServSafe credentials. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. The ability to lift 40 pounds and assess the load to ask for necessary assistance is also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of quality food
- Rend good customer service skills and engage young adults
- Assist in kitchen clean-up, washing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing the food preparation area to ensure sanitation and cleanliness of all food service areas
- Transport finished meals from preparation area to serving line. Keeps serving counters stocked with prepared food
