Job Summary:
- Provide a safe and secure living and working environment for students and staff.
Responsibilities:
Safety and Compliance
- Follower all integrity guidelines and procedures, ensuring no manipulation of student data.
- Assist the Safety & Security Department in maintaining a safe and secure Center environment.
Routine Inspections and Enforcement
- Conduct routine safety inspections and assessments of all Center equipment and facilities to identify potential safety and security hazards.
- Enforce occupational safety and health regulations and standards.
Incident Investigations and Security Tours
- Conduct and document incident and accident investigations per established timelines and requirements.
- Conduct routine Center-wide security tours and assist with monitoring and supervision of students.
Center Security and Property Management
- Responsible for Center security, visitor control, and student accountability.
- Maintain the security and cleanliness of Center facilities and property.
Additional Responsibilities
- May assist dorm staff in conducting dorm inspections and searches for contraband.
- May provide residential, recreation, and transportation assistance as required.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
This position requires collaboration with various departments to ensure effective supervision and services are provided to students. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to lift 40 pounds, and a commitment to upholding company policies and regulations.
