Job Summary
">The Commercial Loan Originator - Ag Division will be responsible for originating, underwriting, and closing secured and unsecured commercial loans in accordance with established lending objectives, policies, and procedures.
">Key Responsibilities

- Maintaining a portfolio of existing customers and maximizing relationships based on customer need. ">
- Developing new business opportunities through relationship building and cross-selling key deposit/fee income products/services. ">
- Negotiating loan terms and conditions with customers, including fees, loan repayment options, and other credit terms. ">
- Ensuring timely loan closing and funding activities, as well as maintaining updated loan documentation and loan files. ">
- Participating in community activities that promote the Bank and/or assist with business development. ">
Requirements
">To be considered for this position, you must have:

- 2 years of experience in agricultural lending or a related field. ">
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending principles and practices. ">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ">
- Ability to travel between locations and develop business throughout Southwestern Nebraska and Northern Kansas. ">
- Relocation stipend available for Ogallala, North Platte, or Colby. ">
