The Ag Lending Specialist will originate, underwrite and close secured and unsecured commercial loans in accordance with established lending objectives, policies and procedures. This individual will establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, growing loans, deposits and fees while ensuring credit quality guidelines are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to gather and oversee compilation of all needed information for loan applications. They will work closely with Credit Administration to request appraisals, applicant credit reports, background checks and other pertinent information.
