">Agricultural Lending Specialist
">We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Lending Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, underwriting, and closing secured and unsecured commercial loans in accordance with established lending objectives, policies, and procedures.
">Responsibilities:

- Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and maximize relationships based on customer need. ">
- Develop new business opportunities through relationship building and cross-selling key deposit/fee income products/services. ">
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers, including fees, loan repayment options, and other credit terms. ">
- Ensure timely loan closing and funding activities, as well as maintain updated loan documentation and loan files. ">
- Participate in community activities that promote the Bank and/or assist with business development. ">
Requirements
">To be considered for this position, you must have:

- 2 years of experience in agricultural lending or a related field. ">
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending principles and practices. ">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ">
- Ability to travel between locations and develop business throughout Southwestern Nebraska and Northern Kansas. ">
- Relocation stipend available for Ogallala, North Platte, or Colby. ">
