What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Channel Technician position at Adams Bank and Trust?
We're looking for a task and detail oriented individual to add to our IT team. This position can be located in any branch as space permits with potential flexibility to work remotely for qualified candidates.
POSITION SUMMARY: Provides Daily support and maintenance for all Direct Channel products. Works closely with the Treasury Management department to set up and onboard products for new and existing customers. A high level of customer service is expected with direct contact with external customers and internal team members to provide the best possible outcome for each relationship.
Additionally, this position must be able to operate independently with always working toward team objectives. Although this position has the potential to be placed in a remote work environment (work from home), traveling to the Operations Center in Ogallala, NE once a quarter may be required for team meetings and training. Training onsite in Ogallala the first 30 days of onboarding may also be required depending upon experience and skill level.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support for the operation of the direct channel systems including: Retail Online, Business Online, Adams Mobile, Adams Business Mobile, Adams Merchant Capture, Adams Mobile Deposit, Branch SCO, BillPay, Business BillPay, Positive Pay, Access Manager as well as any other products to be added.
- Provide 3rd Tier end-user support and training for online banking customers and bank support personnel.
- Reset Navigator passwords and Mobile Deposit Review.
- Develop and curate training for internal users on channel products
