Warehouse Associate
The role of a Warehouse employee is responsible for the safe handling of Adams Beverages Products in the warehouse. Warehouse Assignments require the candidate to perform duties such as truck loading, un-loading, receiving, replenishing, counting inventory, and dock management. The Warehouse employee must understand all company policies and procedures. This position reports directly to the Shift Warehouse Mangers, Director of Operations, VP’s Branch Managers and Ownership. They are also expected to clean and maintain various locations of the warehouse and offices as assigned. Some Roles include experience with forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment to handle product. This is a non-exempt position. Roles are assigned based on experience and performance.
Primary Objectives and Responsibilities:

- Perform warehouse duties, such as truck loading, order picking/building, inventory management, etc.
- Ability to perform WMS (Warehouse Management System) functions using technology (iPod / iPad handheld)
- Safe and Proper Operation of forklift and/or walkie-rider is required
- Maintain all certification required to operate said equipment
- Ensure loads are built and loaded accurately in a timely manner
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Proper stock rotation according to Anheuser Busch policy in the warehouse and on the delivery trucks
- Uphold appearance and sanitation of facility
- Safe and Careful handling of all inventory
- Prepare and sort damaged product for repack
- Preserve general maintenance of equipment
- Report any and all safety concerns immediately
- Continued education programs as required

- ABU Curriculum (on-line training)
- Safety compliance knowledge
- Product Knowledge (Styles, Categories, etc.)
- Solid Understanding of the total product portfolio (brands and packages)
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by management team

General Warehouse Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Enthusiastic, Team player interested in positive company growth
- A clear understanding of Company policies and the ability to adhere to them
- The ability to meet all standard employment requirements.
- Ability to read code dates, product labels, and racking labels
- Basic math skills such as counting, adding, and subtracting
- Some Assignments require Forklift Certification & Experience
Education and Experience
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
