About Adams Clinical: Adams Clinical is a research site network specializing in late-phase psychiatry and neurology clinical trials. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Neuropsychological Rater.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage performance review cycles and track employee development plans.
- Address employee relations issues and mediate workplace conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable offerings.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in recruitment and hiring processes, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with local HR practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience with HR software and data management is a plus.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
