Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary
We’re looking for a Digital Media & Design Specialist to lead digital design and campaign execution across various platforms. This role involves building and maintaining websites (primarily in WIX), managing social media and email campaigns, and building creative assets. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, experience with digital ad platforms, and the ability to support internal teams in campaign setup and maintenance. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is essential, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies is key.
Responsibilities
- Create designs as needed for ad campaigns
- Build and maintain client websites using WIX
- Maintain some client websites using Wordpress
- Create and manage paid social media campaigns
- Create and manage email campaigns
- Assist sales teams to maintain orders in our campaign management system
- Communicate with clients in a professional and positive manner
- Assist in some functions of our digital newsroom operations (minimal)
Qualifications
We understand that most candidates won’t have deep experience in all of these areas, and we don’t expect you to have everything on this list. We know that someone with a marketing background will have some of these qualifications, and have the ability to learn new skills quickly and grow as needed.
- Strong creative & design skills
- Graphic design & website design expertise is important
- Designing assets for digital display ads
- Building creative for social media ads
- Designing assets for email advertising
- Strong knowledge of adobe creative suite required
- Comfortable working in Canva a plus
- Experience building and maintaining websites
- Experience in WIX/Squarespace preferred
- Basic working knowledge of Wordpress a plus
- HTML/CSS knowledge is awesome, but not required
- Digital Advertising Campaign Management
- Building and managing paid campaigns on Meta & TikTok
- Google Search Ads
- Streaming TV & Streaming Audio advertising
- General ability to learn new technologies and platforms
- Continuous education to keep up with current marketing trends and knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
