Key Responsibilities :
Lead and coach your team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
Focus on people development, including promotion and recruitment.
Work with your team to expand the customer base and increase revenue by targeting, acquiring, and retaining clients.
Represent and advocate for our brand through networking and community involvement.
Ensure adherence to the sales process and proper tracking.
Encourage long-term, consultative business relationships that drive sustainable growth.
Develop a clear go-to-market strategy and support your team in creating and executing individual plans, prioritizing target verticals and accounts.
Integrate coaching and feedback into daily interactions to enhance the skills and performance of Sales Executives.
Lead weekly sales meetings, focusing on training, recognition, achievements, and best practice sharing.
Recommend additional training opportunities for continuous learning and development.

What You Bring :
3-5 years of proven success in leading sales teams in a goal-oriented environment.
Exceptional coaching abilities.
A strong passion for Digital, Social Media, and understanding of print products (newspaper, magazines, etc) with a desire to learn and quickly grasp new concepts.
Experience in digital advertising / marketing is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to sell ideas effectively.
Strong negotiation and influence skills.
Superior organizational and analytical abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
