Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation.
- Support patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient service in various settings, including long-term care and assisted living facilities.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio STNA license
- Experience preferred but not required
