The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is responsible for both clinical and administrative tasks under a Physician's guidance. Responsibilities include patient care duties like rooming patients, measuring vital signs, documenting patient interactions, and assisting with various procedures and tests. Additionally, the CMA manages essential administrative functions such as scheduling patient appointments, obtaining pre-authorizations for treatments, handling referrals, and maintaining a clean clinical environment while monitoring medical supplies inventory.
Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
Requirements :
30 hours per week - First Shift
8 : 00 am to 8 : 00 pm
This position will work every Saturday and Sunday and one day during the week every other week.
Valid CMA / RMA Certification
BLS Certification within 30 Days of Hire
