This role oversees financial operations and optimizes revenue cycle processes to ensure accurate and timely payment from patients and third-party payers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee credit card payment processing and ensure PCI compliance.
- Process online credit card payments and manage daily POI charges.
- Prepare and deposit cashiering drawers and oversee returned statement responses.
- Manage recurring patient reports and offsite productivity reports.
- Establish and monitor credit limits and payment terms.
- Audit and manage delinquent accounts and collections.
- Coordinate with external agencies for legal action and bad debt collection.
- Compile and analyze quarterly credit balance reports for Medicare providers.
