Job Summary:
We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team at Adams County Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing financial operations within the hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage all aspects of the revenue cycle, including credit management, payment processing, compliance, and collections.
- Oversee credit card payment software and ensure PCI compliance.
- Process online credit card payments and manage daily POI charges.
- Prepare and deposit cashiering drawers and oversee returned statement responses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness.
