We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Adams Farm Living and Rehabilitation in Jamestown, NC.

Your Role
As an LPN/RN, you will work full-time Monday-Friday from 11p-7a, providing direct patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional results. We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in long-term care who is compassionate, caring, and able to handle multiple priorities while motivating staff.

Requirements
We require all applicants to be credentialed in NC with an unencumbered NC License/Certification. Preferred qualifications include two years of experience in a Long Term Care environment, direct experience with Electronic Medical Record software (AHT a plus), and ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization. Additionally, we seek candidates who are organized, accurate, concise, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team and use computers, Windows, and Microsoft Office with ease. A valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
