Job Description
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, maximizing care productivity and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hold an unencumbered LPN/RN license in NC.
- Have at least two years of experience in long-term care, preferably with leadership roles.
- Be proficient in Electronic Medical Record software, such as AHT.
