Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Adams Farm Living and Rehabilitation in Jamestown, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in long-term care, be able to handle multiple priorities, work flexible hours, and motivate staff.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to residents
- Communicating effectively with staff and all levels of the organization
- Organizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient care delivery
Requirements:
- Hold an unencumbered LPN/RN license in NC
- Have at least two years of experience in long-term care (preferable)
- Be proficient in Electronic Medical Record software (AHT a plus)
