Job Purpose Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is a member of the Customer Service team, reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor. The Customer Service Representative is accountable and responsible for coordinating customer orders, specifications, delivery requirements, and providing status updates to a broad audience including buyers, truckers, internal sales representatives, and import / export partners.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Owns input, tracking and communication of order status from quote through delivery while constantly troubleshooting various discrepancies and delivering world-class customer service to external and internal stakeholders
Effectively communicates and coordinates with internal departments and personnel regarding customer order requirements and changes
Schedules and executes logistics for bulk and packaged orders, both domestic and internationally
Works closely with supply chain/procurement team and sales to get input on forecast changes/adjustments
Takes the lead in resolving issues when products are behind schedule or at risk of being behind schedule
Interacts with credit and collections (AR) personal regarding customer credit status
Assists with inside sales campaigns, customer/vendor inquiries and assessments as needed
Oversees some shipping and warehousing functions
Ensures Company's Service Standards are met or exceeded by entire team
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience required in Customer Service/Logistics or Inside Sales Management experience
Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and ERP/MRP systems)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong Communication, Collaboration and Teamwork Skills
Strong logistical, analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
CRM, Customer Activity reporting and scheduling
Experience in food production
Fluent in English and Spanish
Position Requirements:
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
Available to work overtime including some weekends
Willing to work in any of our operating locations (Arbuckle and Woodland)
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Have the ability to climb stairs and ladders
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
