As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee and coordinate on-site operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all field operations for custom cabinetry and millwork installations.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to company standards.
- Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality expectations.
- Utilize PlanGrid to review project plans, track progress, and manage documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve on-site issues and maintain open communication.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor work progress, and enforce compliance with plans and specifications.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and field documentation.
- Ensure proper handling, transportation, and installation of millwork components.
- Travel to various job sites as required, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in field supervision within the custom cabinetry or millwork industry.
- Strong knowledge of Division 6 millwork installation processes and materials.
- Proficiency in PlanGrid or similar project management software.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as required.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
