Field Superintendent - SC

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee and coordinate on-site operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all field operations for custom cabinetry and millwork installations.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to company standards.
• Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality expectations.
• Utilize PlanGrid to review project plans, track progress, and manage documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve on-site issues and maintain open communication.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor work progress, and enforce compliance with plans and specifications.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and field documentation.
• Ensure proper handling, transportation, and installation of millwork components.
• Travel to various job sites as required, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in field supervision within the custom cabinetry or millwork industry.
• Strong knowledge of Division 6 millwork installation processes and materials.
• Proficiency in PlanGrid or similar project management software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as required.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
