Our client is a 2 Billion dollar bank holding company that is seeking a Market President to manage all of Commercial Lending in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of Commercial Lending and 5 years of management experience.
In Arizona, the bank has three banking hubs and this individual will be located in Chandler, Arizona. They will have 4 Commercial Loan Officers, a Portfolio Manager, and a Hub Manager who will report directly to the Market President. The Hub Manager has an additional 8 Commercial Loan Officers that report on a day-to-day basis.
The $700 million plus portfolio is 75% CRE and 25% C&I, and they do some SBA 504 loans. We are seeking an individual who is a strong leader, has a passion for Commercial Lending, has strong credit acumen, and comes from a positive culture.
