We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in human resources.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry and auditing of new hire paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
- Review system entry and paperwork submissions from clients thoroughly
- Work closely with all departments to ensure employee data is correct and complete at all times
- Manage I-9 and E-Verify processes
- Client billing
- Employment verifications
- Employee file maintenance
Requirements:
- Strong data entry skills
- Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficient level of database knowledge and experience
- Ability to organize and focus on detail while managing multiple responsibilities
- Two years of office experience; human resources background preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred
