What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Complex Housekeeper - PW0125 position at Adams LaSalle?
One of our apartment communities in Douglasville, Georgia is seeking a housekeeper for the apartment complex. Responsibilities will include the following:
- Maintains clean and sanitary, leasing office, club house and other amenities and move in ready vacant apartment homes (models),
- Effective and timely handling of housekeeping requests
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to communicate your needs and be aware of the needs of the complex
- Site Safety awareness
Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Previous experience in multi-family environment a plus
- Detail oriented
- Must display a professional work attitude
- Must be able to work alone as well as with the team to meet deadlines
- Previous experience with apartment or home rentals move out or make ready cleaning a plus
- Must be able to lift 30 to 40 pounds
- Punctual and Dependable
Job Type: Full-time
