We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to our attorneys throughout all stages of legal actions, from initiation to resolution. While the role may involve some administrative duties, you will be working alongside an administrative support team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in case management.

- Gather necessary documentation to support case development.
- Draft and issue litigation hold letters to preserve evidence.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.
- Assist in drafting and preparing pleadings, including complaints, answers, counterclaims, and third-party complaints.
- File documents with state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with procedural rules and deadlines.
- Conduct background investigations and gather public records to support the development of claims or defenses.
- Facilitate service of process on parties and non-parties.
- Manage the collection, organization, and review of documents for discovery purposes.
- Assist in preparing and responding to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas.
- Organize and review electronically stored information (ESI) using document management software.
- Prepare deposition summaries and assist attorneys in deposition preparation.
- Assist in drafting and organizing pretrial motions, including motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, and other dispositive or evidentiary motions.
- Create and maintain trial binders, exhibits, and witness preparation materials.
- Coordinate with expert witnesses to gather opinions, reports, and related documentation.
- Prepare trial subpoenas and facilitate compliance with trial-related deadlines.
- Provide on-site trial support, including managing exhibits, assisting with technology setup, and tracking trial logistics.
- Take detailed notes during trial to support attorney strategy and case presentation.
- Coordinate with court staff and opposing counsel regarding trial schedules and procedural matters.
- Assist in preparing post-trial motions and briefs, including motions for reconsideration or new trials.
- File notices of appeal and assist in assembling the appellate record.
- Manage and maintain attorney calendars, including tracking litigation deadlines and hearings.
- Assist with billing and tracking litigation-related expenses.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree with a Paralegal Studies certificate preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, ideally in general litigation.

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:15 PM
- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)

- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 annually.
