Desired Skills and Experience
Adams & Martin is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience in both litigation and corporate law. This role involves a mix of drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, as well as negotiating, drafting, and revising transactional documents.

Qualifications :
JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
Minimum of 2 years' experience in litigation and corporate law.
Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
