Associate Attorney - General Litigation

An Am Law 200 law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of general litigation experience to join the Education group Birmingham, AL office. Successful candidates should have trial preparation experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience as well as exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, a track record of professional success, strong critical thinking skills, and a desire to work in a team environment. Experience working in a big law environment is preferred.
